Sheets of pre painted hot dipped galvanized steel or aluminum are rolled in roll forming machines to produce liner corrugated patterns and cut to required lengths. They are fixed on the purlin by means of self drilling screws. Base metal is either Prepainted GI confirming to ASTM A653 or Prepainted aluminum confirming to ASTM B 209M Alloy 3015 Temper H16.
