EMI slip joint cold room insulated panels are easy to install, high compressive strength and good sealing. It is suit for temperature – 50 ⁰C to + 100 ⁰C and nonperishable.
Taking polyurethane with excellent insulation performance as core material and prepainted galvanized iron (PPGI/ Color steel), 304 stainless steel or aluminum as external material. Sandwich panel can reduce the heat conduction due to difference between internal and external temperature to achieve maximum efficiency of freezing and refrigeration.

There are two main types of refrigeration system associated with cold-rooms. Integral refrigeration has the system mounted on the cold room itself whereas remote refrigeration has it sited away from the cold room.
Integral refrigeration can be wall or ceiling mounted and is most suitable for well-ventilated areas only. It is the simplest, most straightforward and least expensive. With this format, the evaporator and condensing unit are built into the cold room.
Remote refrigeration is the most popular and reliable method. It offers improved energy savings and life span over integral refrigeration.
With remote systems, the cold room’s condensing unit is sited elsewhere, often outside, so any noise and heat from its operation is taken away. Remote condensing units are supplied in a weatherproof housing as standard.
